● Please take note that we only accept Internet Bank Transfer.
● After payment is done, please email your details with the template below to email@example.com within 24 hours.
● All emails received after 24 hours will be deemed as invalid and product will not be mailed out.
+ Do I need a PayPal account in order to purchase items?
No, you can you can choose to pay with your Visa and MasterCard as a guest or log in to your PayPal account after you are redirected to the PayPal page.

+ How much is shipping?
Singapore: Normal Postage is free of charge! If you would like to choose registered mail, an additional flat rate of $3.50 will apply. If you prefer next day delivery, do make your order and payment before 3pm and an additional flat rate of $7.00 will apply.
Asia: An additional flat rate of $10 will apply via Singpost Registered Mail.
Rest of the world: An additional flat rate of $15 will apply via Singapost Registered Mail.
+ How many days will shipping take?
Singapore: Normal and registered mail orders will be delivered within 3-5 days. Next day delivery orders will be delivered the next working day from 12pm - 5pm or 5pm - 8pm.
Asia and rest of the world: We use Singapore Post Registered Mail to deliver all orders within 3-10 business days.
*Please take note that all normal and registered orders will be shipped out within 2 working days after payment is received.
+ How will I know if my order has been received?
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number and brief summary of your new purchase. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. If you checked out as a registered user, you can always track your order status here.
+ How do I change or cancel an order?
As your order is processed immediately, you will not be able to cancel your order once you have confirmed payment.

We have a 7 day return policy upon receipt of order for incorrect and defective items shipped to you. Item must be returned in their original purchase condition.
We will either replace the product with a new item or do a full refund via credits (cash vouchers). To return an item, please email us at email@example.com, with the following details:
