Exchanges

Didn't get the size, color, or vibe exactly right? We offer free exchanges, plus store credit if nothing else catches your eye.

Email hello@chloeandemma.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and what you'd like instead, or let us know you'd rather have store credit. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. You'll cover the cost of shipping it back to us, we'll cover getting the new one to you.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be exchanged once worn. If yours arrive damaged or incorrect, though, that's covered below.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final, with one exception: if something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, that's on us, earrings included. Email hello@chloeandemma.com within 7 days with your order number and a couple of photos, and we'll make it right. Once approved, refunds land back on your original payment method within 10 business days.
